For each project budget, you can track expenses and budget amounts by activity and cost group. Track purchase commitments in real time. Every detail of every purchase order and subcontract for a project can easily be accessed through project inquiry, project pivotal reporting, custom reports and many other reports in maestro*.

Maestro* offers one of the most sophisticated project cost management tools available today, a single tool that addresses the information analysis requirements of estimating, operations and accounting. With maestro*’s unique Pivotal Data Viewer, project cost information can be easily viewed in multiple dimensions. All information is shared in real-time between estimating, operations and accounting departments, eliminating redundant databases and spreadsheets. Maestro*’s project cost management and inquiry module is completely integrated with our other modules, including order change, commitment, billing, projection, production and other management modules.

Maestro* offers sophisticated levels of flexibility for managing subcontractor contracts. Individual contracts are created for each project. The details of these contracts expand automatically through the order change management process. All of the details of every subcontractor subcontract can be accessed easily through maestro*’s supplier inquiry feature. Subcontracts may have multiple details on the original contract, each with proposed and accepted pricing. Additions to subcontracts from the change management process are easily identified and contain proposed and accepted pricing. Subcontracts are completely integrated with maestro*’s estimating module which allows automatic setup and aids in generating proposals.

The maestro* purchase order module is very simple to use and completely integrated with purchasing and project management. This feature is designed for companies that do not require a catalogue or detailed history of purchased items. Purchase orders can be printed quickly, faxed or emailed directly within maestro*. Maestro* automatically creates PDF documents for purchase orders that are emailed.

This module allows you to automatically create invoices based on labour, material and equipment expenses. A catalogue of billable items and rates is created and used during the design of the invoices. Forms may be customized to meet the requirements of each contract, client or invoice type. This module is completely integrated with the other Maestro* modules, in particular the work order and equipment management modules.

This highly specialized module, which is fully integrated to maestro*’s estimating module, is designed to aid in the allocation of resources related to a specific project. Maestro* produces resource requisitions optimized according to the progress status of the current project. This module is integrated into Expert Systems and other plant management systems through maestro*’s unique XML interface. Maestro*’s sophisticated ticket management solution is capable of making all appropriate payables and receivables calculations based on a single entry of a ticket. The maestro* fleet management module is designed to aid in the organization and management of vehicle maintenance activities. This module is integrated with maestro*’s work order, purchasing and billing modules. This module treats each garage as a cost/profit centre for tracking all income and expense transactions related to vehicles. Information such as licensing, insurance, and vehicle specifications can be stored for each vehicle defined in maestro*. By using maestro*’s unlimited custom fields and electronic document management, there is no limit to the information that you can store on-line for your garage, vehicles and work orders.

The maestro* small tools management and tracking module allows you to build a small tool inventory and keep track of which employee, project or subcontractor they have been loaned to.
