Not too long ago, the Internet was restricted to computer experts and a small segment of the population. Today, the phenomenon has reversed. Is there anyone who has never browsed the Internet? To follow this growing trend, Maestro will soon make a new section for the exclusive use of its customers available on its brand new Web site.
This section reserved for our customers will contain many interesting functions. The idea is to gather all of the information you may need in a single location. With a user name and password, you can access various press releases, the Maestro*EXPRESS newsletter, updates and hotfixes, contact management and your requests to Maestro.
Press releases and maestro*EXPRESS:
You are currently receiving this
information by e-mail. From now on, you will be able to find these documents in the
’Communication’ section of our Web site.
Updates and hotfixes:
You currently receive an e-mail message informing you that an
update and/or hotfix is available on our FTP site. You will now be able to access these updates and
hotfixes in the ’Download’ section. With a single mouse click, you can download all of
the files you need.
Managing your contacts:
Until now, Maestro contacted you to update your list of contacts
in our database. With the new section, you will be able to update it yourself by adding new
contacts, changing the information for an existing contact or by simply disabling it. This new
method will make communicating with Maestro much easier!
List of your requests:
At this time, to determine the status of your requests with
Maestro, you must contact your support agent by telephone or e-mail to obtain information about
your requests. In the future, you will be able to view them online in the ’My Requests’
section.
The site is fully connected to our database in real time meaning that any changes made by you (contacts) or by us (requests) are updated systematically. These different sections of our Web site are the first phase of development. Additional functions will be proposed to you in the near future.
