How can I reduce my production costs? This question was asked to Normand Ballard, specialist in industrial and robotic automation, in 1992. From that time, Mr. Ballard combined efforts with his brother, Sylvain Ballard, programmer-analyst, in order to take advantage of their respective skills and years of experience in the industrial sector. One year of reflection later, a solution was proposed: the Autofab software program.
Normand Ballard founded N.B. Automation in Granby in June 1993, to sell his Autofab software. More than simply a distributor, the company provides its customers with a turnkey solution, including consulting services (to properly assess requirements), software development and user training in order to ensure they are using the tool in an optimal manner. Now located in Bromont, the company handles all stages of the implementation of its solutions. Starting out as a small family business, N.B. Automation quickly joined the ranks of leaders in its industry. The efforts of the company’s management group and its employees converge to a single goal which is to meet the requirements of a varied customer base by providing custom-developed software to support the critical and sometimes costly stages of production.
Autofab is a system that is completely devoted to manufacturing management. It is the ideal solution for production or commissioning environments where creating an optimal production schedule is always difficult due to the constraints and rules of the industry.
Bilingual, flexible and user-friendly, Autofab combined with maestro* is now a complete system that could revolutionize the operation of YOUR company.
