Maestro Technologies has been providing solutions for the construction sector for nearly 18 years. Over the last years, we have been able to note that many of our new customers expected a more complex solution for their production operations and, as such, analysis by Maestro that would meet their requirements. This never-ending increasing demand allowed us to from a closer relationship with the manufacturing sector.
With new customers in the steel industry who use project manufacturing enabled us to acquire new expertise. An incursion into several projects of this type also allowed us to exercise our analytical skills exponentially to correctly determine the requirements of potential customers in this industry.
However, for some files, monitoring production required greater expertise and knowledge. This is why we have signed a partnership agreement with N.B. Automation, a specialist in manufacturing management (see the article "Introduction of our new partner N.B. Automation").
Until very recently, configuring a module that could incorporate variable receipts, production monitoring, input punch, production closing, cut optimization, production capacity, scheduling and others were underdeveloped concepts at Maestro.
Our partnership with N.B. Automation allowed us to initially make some fairly modest integrations, given that their system had not been designed in anticipation of the potential installation of Maestro. After several discussions and analyses, N.B. Automation decided to use the Pervasive database from Maestro directly. The result obtained is fascinating.
Since version 3.01 of maestro*, it is possible to conduct a fluid and transparent demonstration such that it is practically impossible to know that two products cohabitate in the same application. This is the result of an intelligent partnership.
