Successfully implementing an ERP system in a company depends on a number of factors. Acquiring a
solution that appropriately meets the basic requirements of the company is essential, but there is
more to it than this. The company and the consultant who works with them on the implementation must
follow an appropriate procedure to complete the project and meet the objectives set at the start.

Too often, SMBs that acquire management systems (ERPs) do not enjoy all of the possible benefits.
They did not follow a structured process and wonder whether their ERP system can really give them
what they are looking for. Or, in more simple terms, they underuse the tool and do not know how to
get the most out of it. In some cases, the company simply concludes that the ERP system is not
delivering what was promised. But is this always true?

For several years, significant progress has been made in designing computer screens. Since the
technology used was cathode-ray tubes (CRT), their size was gradually increased, making it possible
to display more and more information, while taking up more space.

The paperless office is the dream of all companies. However, this is a tall order for organizations
because they must be committed to the environment and technology. As a company, do we have what it
takes to join in and actively participate in this new age? What can we do to reduce the amount of
waste and the daily consumption of materials, while increasing our efficiency?
